  • We bring the RC vehicles, race track, off road course, obstacles, and activity equipment needed. Participants receive instruction and supervision throughout the event.

  • Our setups can be adjusted to fit a variety of spaces.

    *Each activity can be reduced to a smaller footprint, but these are ideal space requirements:

    • Small setup: approximately 10' x 10'

    • Medium setup: approximately 15' x 15'

    • Large setup: approximately 20' x 20' or larger

    We'll help determine the best layout based on your venue and expected attendance.

  • Most activities can be held indoors or outdoors.
    Outdoor events should have a reasonably flat area free of major hazards. Indoor locations such as libraries, gyms, community centers, and recreation facilities work well for many activities.

  • For outdoor events, weather conditions may affect operations. Rainy conditions may require postponement, relocation indoors, or cancellation.

  • Most setups do not require power. If power is needed for a specific activity, arrangements will be discussed during planning.

  • Activities can be tailored for different age groups. Recommended ages vary by activity and event type.

  • Participants typically rotate through activities throughout the event. Exact capacity depends on event length, activity selection, and participant ages.

  • Please allow time before and after the event for setup and breakdown. Estimate of time will be provided during booking and is determined by equipment needed for the event.
